Our mission is simple and so is our return policy.

We want to support all eco-warriors and casual single-use plastic deniers. Our products are designed to help you reject as much disposable plastic as possible. If our products are not helping you reduce your plastic use... we want to know why.

The reTern Guarantee

If your product meets any of the following conditions we will repair, replace, or refund your money.

  • Your product breaks or malfunctions during normal use due to manufacturer defect
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase (valid within 30 days of purchase)

We reserve the right not to repair, replace, or refund you if...

  • Your bag(s) is lost or stolen
  • You damage your bags through misuse

 

Our reTern guarantee is valid for up to 5 years after the purchase of your bags, unless otherwise specified. We hope your bags will last much longer than that, but heavy users may find that they need to replace their bags every 5-10 years from normal wear and tear. If you need to replace your bags you can send them to us and we will recycle or repurpose them for you.

Our goal is to enable our community of eco warriors to reduce their disposable plastic use. As such, we will work to support you as best we can. In order to prevent abuse of our liberal return policy, we reserve the right to determine if a returned product warrants free replacement.  

Submitting Your Bags for Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If you wish to return your bags for repair, replacement, or refund, please email us at: info@terngoods.com

Please include the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Date you made your purchase
  3. Short explanation for your reTern (repair, replacement, or refund)
  4. What we can do to make you feel better

We will email you back with instructions on where to send your bags and will request further information if needed.
